More Info and Tips for Your Portrait Session
A formal consultation will be done prior to your session to get the most information and best feel for what you want from your portraits.
Locations are limited to the greater Huntsville area (New Waverly, Willis, Trinity, Riverside, Bedias, Madisonville). Locations outside of this area will be subject to a travel charge to be determined upon booking.
The day of your session, it is best to wear colors that compliment the season and coordinate. White and black are always good choices however a punch of color is not discouraged and even encouraged for a unique portrait. Distracting prints and neon color tend to take away from you, the subject and are not a good choice. Colors to stay away from: YELLOW AND GREEN since they often cast a yellow and green color onto the face. You dont wanna look sickly in your pictures : ) For couples and families it is a great idea to have coordinating colors or different shades of the same color with khakis or jeans makes for great portraits.
The biggest tip- HAVE FUN!! Being relaxed and natural creates the best representation of who you are, which is Emily's main goal. She strives to make you feel at home and as comfortable as possible in order to get the most natural, beautiful photographs.
Also, keep in mind, because I am a wife and a mommy first, please allow 2-3 weeks for post session editing and preparation of your CD!! Thank you for your understanding and patience. : )
